Green Ball Thursday
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in any clinic.
- Non-members pay a higher rate for clinics than members.
- Clinics are offered on a session-by-session basis, and spaces are limited.
- There are no guaranteed make-ups for missed clinics. However, participants may check with the Front Desk for availability in a similar group.
- A maximum of two make-up classes may be allowed per session, based on availability.
- Make-ups must be scheduled within the same session and cannot be carried over.
- Players are expected to arrive on time and be ready to start at the scheduled clinic time.
- Late arrivals disrupt instruction and impact the overall experience for other participants.
- If a player is consistently late or absent, their spot may be forfeited for future sessions.
- All clinic participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating.
- ERC is not responsible for any injuries sustained during clinics or on club property.
